Aloha Carpentry was founded in 2023 out of a yard at 3516 Hoyt Ave in Everett. Ricki Morgenstein holds the WA general contractor license and runs every job site; scheduling, permits, and billing are handled in-house. One carpentry-first business, one phone line that reaches a person who knows the project.
Commercial tenant improvements and smaller commercial framing are the preferred lane. Storefront install, demising walls, ADA upgrades, light commercial remodel, and the TI framing that lines up with the tenant criteria — most recently a full credit-union storefront tenant improvement.
The residential GC scope runs alongside on the same crew. Framing, decks and outdoor work, full kitchen and bath remodels, custom built-ins, door and window install, finish carpentry, custom pipe rail and iron work where the design calls for it. Greater Seattle Area coverage — north to Mt Vernon, south to Tacoma.

Written estimates, no surprise change orders
Every quote itemized in writing. Lumber by board foot, hardware by part number, labor by phase. Change orders signed by both sides before work proceeds.
