What kind of project are you planning?

What we do

The number on the bid is the number on the invoice.

Aloha is owner-run. The same two people who quote your job are the two people who run it — no call center, no rotating crews, no sub working under a different license. Change orders go in writing, both sides, or they don't happen.

01

The owner is on the job

Ricki holds the Washington license and runs every project in person. Not a foreman, not a rotation, not a sub crew. The hands that quote your work are the hands swinging the hammer.

02

$1M insured. Fully bonded.

Washington license #ALOHACC772JF. $1M general liability through Contractors Bonding & Insurance. $12K bond through RLI. Workers comp on every crew. Proof of all three before you sign.

03

What we quote is what we charge

Itemized lumber, hardware, labor, and permits. No verbal numbers. No mystery line items. The number on the bid is the number on your final invoice.

04

Two owners. One phone line.

One number reaches the owners directly — office and job site both. No phone tree. No handoffs between contractors mid-project.

“We don’t sub out the carpentry. We build it ourselves. That’s the difference.”
Ricki Morgenstein · Lead Carpenter, Aloha Carpentry & Construction, LLC

Specialties

Twelve specialties. One crew on every job.

Ricki runs every project from the first walkthrough to the final inspection. Trade partners we've worked with for years handle tile, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical when the scope calls for it.

How it works

Quote to inspection.

Every project moves through the same four phases. No handoffs mid-build, no guesswork on scope, no surprise change orders.

01

Quote

Call or send a note. Ricki walks the project with you on site. Itemized written estimate in your inbox within two business days — no pressure, no upsell, no verbal numbers.

02

Permit

We pull the permit with whichever city or county your address falls under — Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, Everett, Mt Vernon, or anywhere between. You don't deal with the building department.

03

Build

Aloha crew on site with Ricki running the build. Lumber from yards we know, structural hardware spec'd correctly. Every concealed connection photographed before the drywall closes the wall.

04

Inspect

Final inspection walked with the city. Punch list closed within the week. Photo documentation of every concealed connection delivered to your records — for the next person who opens the wall.
